Tulum Jungle Sauna is a unique experience being an outdoor sauna surrounded by nature but easily accessible in the heart of Tulum town.
We believe in contrast therapy as a means to promote health and recovery. To challenge your body and mind with the hormetic stress of extreme heat and cold.
Our sauna is a traditional all wooden Finnish style sauna, imported from Canada using cedar wood and a bronze tempered glass front.
Our Morozko ice bath uses a continuous ozone sanitation system, eliminating the need for harsh chemicals like chlorine.
